At Shotzy.co, we strive to provide high-quality AI-enhanced portrait services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues on our end prevented the delivery of your enhanced portraits
- The delivered portraits significantly deviate from our advertised service quality
- You have not downloaded or used the enhanced portraits and request a refund within 14 days of purchase
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@shotzy.co with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Timeframe
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Instances
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have already downloaded or used the enhanced portraits
- You are unsatisfied with the results due to factors outside of our control (e.g., quality of the original uploaded photo)
- Your request is made more than 14 days after the purchase
5. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
